On this day, the organizer of murders Alexey Pichugin turned 60

The website Prigovor.ru: “Homicide cases” of the bloody anniversary celebrant. “Pichugin, on direction of Leonid Nevzlin, provided for organizing murders of five persons and attempted murders of seven persons”.

On this day 61 years ago, on July 25, 1962, was born the former employee of Yukos security service Alexey Pichugin. His anniversary the henchman of Leonod Nevzlin, billionaire and soultaker, celebrates in prison, where he has been sitting a life-long sentence, delivered against him for the totality of committed crimes, for organizing series of murders and attempted murders.

BLOODY ANNIVERSARY CELEBRANT

Alexey Pichugin was apprehended on July 19, 2003, on suspicion of organizing a double murder. On June 21, 2003 the court selected for him a measure of restriction – detention in custody. On June 26, 2003, within the framework of the criminal case No18/325507-04, a charge was brought against Alexey Pichugin of killing the director of the CJSC “Don-Group” Sergey Gorin and his spouse Olga Gorina.  A little later, in August 2003, to the murders of the Gorins were added other episodes connected with attempted murders.

On March 30, 2005, the Moscow City Court, on the ruling of a panel of jurors that had found him guilty and not worthy of condescension, imposed a penalty on him in form of 20 years of imprisonment in a colony with a strict regime.

On July 14, 2005, the Judicial Chamber on Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, having dismissed the complaint of the defense, upheld by its ruling the guilty verdict.

New charges on new episodes connected with the organization of the murder of Valentina Korneyeva, director of the firm “Feniks”, Vladimir Petukhov, mayor of the town Nefteyugansk, and two attempted murders of Yevgeny Rybin, managing director of the company “East Petroleum Handelsgas”, were brought against Alexey Pichugin already on April 14, 2005.

These crimes, as the investigation pointed out, were committed at the direction and in the interest of Leonid Nevzlin, the first deputy director of the bank “Menatep”. On August 6, 2007, Alexey Pichugin, under verdict of the Moscow City Court, was adjudged guilty of organizing a series of murders and attempted murders.

The Court, on the totality of the crimes and taking into consideration the verdict that had been passes earlier, chose for Pichugin punitive measure in the form of imprisonment in a colony with strict regime. The verdict remained in force during the cassation if the Moscow City Court on July 15, 2007. All the crimes, as was established by the court, had been committed on direction of Leonid Nevzlin, overseer of the Security service. Nevzlin, on the same episodes, as ordering customer and sponsor, received his life-long sentence on August 1, 2008,

All efforts from the part of the defense to challenge this decision in Russia were to no avail, but the community of “Pichugin’s Witnesses” thought that proceedings in the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) could be a certain panacea for all woes, and European judges would acquit Pichugin. But the result turned out to be not that big – on two verdicts two recommendations to review the case on the basis of procedural violations.

The Supreme Court of Russia, without dismissing complaints from the Europeans, attentively studied the recommendations of the ECtHR. One recommendation with regards to the first case, the Court dismissed. As to the second complaint of Pichugin, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation upheld the life-long sentence.

The community of “Pichugin’s Witnesses” started to threaten Russia, arguing that Puchugin’s case and his destiny “are under control of Ministers Committee of the Council of Europe”. The Committee of Europe’s Council of Ministers is, sui generis, a propaganda entity of the European bureaucracy that divides the world into “us” and “them”. If somebody from “us” becomes problems with the law (because they were told so), then they would definitely try to arrange information shows, as it was the case in December 2019. Then, so was the impression, keeping “the change” from the activity of Yukos lobbyists in the European Union, they decided to recall that Pichugin “has the right for a petition for pardon and called upon Russia to consider the question of his liberation “as soon as possible”.

SORROW AND ANGER OF LIBERAL RUSSOPHBES

There were lots of such information tricks around Pichugin pulled off by inveterate social activists. First they pass to the Council for Human Rights of the United Nations materials with contradictory statements that “Pichugin was deprived of his right to defend himself”, then in two lines they write that procedures of challenging turned out to be futile. I.e. the defendant, still, used his right to defend himself.

There were also heart-piercing calls of the organization “Liberal International” which ‘with great sorrow and anger” demanded from Russia in 2021 “to implement the ruling of the ECtHR (it was considered in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation as early as in 2017). The trick is that “sorrow and anger” of this liberal sect emerged “at the request” of foreign agents earning their living by rampant Russophobia with Nazi’s connotations, but not only that.

TWO MINISTERS – TWO LOBBIYSTS

Yukos still on at the height of its activity acquired even two leading representatives of the “Liberal International”. One of them was Frederick “Frits” Bolkestein, former minister of defense of the Netherlands. The second was Otto Graf Lambsdorff (died in 2009), former soldier of Nazi’s Wehrmacht, who became a liberal in American captivity (obviously, no difference were found), and then economy minister of Germany.

(See also the article “Party’s assignment of the German councilor of “Menatep”).

Both former ministers were once members of the advisory council of the group “Menatep”, and, to put it simpler, they were lobbying in the interests of swindlers and murderers from Yukos, among them the bloody 60 years old anniversary celebrant Alexey Pichugin”, noted the website Prigovor.ru.

In the town Lesnoy, a taxman-henchman was found. The website Prigovor.ru reminds its readers of what happened on July 24, 2003 and 2008).
