Biography
Вице-президент НК ЮКОС ЭП (подразделение по разведке и разработке месторождений). 27 сентября 2004 возбуждено уголовное дело по ст. 171 УК РФ (п. «б» ч. 2) - «сверхнормативная добыча нефти ОАО «Юганскнефтегаз». 19 июля 2005 вынесено постановление о привлечении в качестве обвиняемого. К этому моменту подозреваемый уже находился в Лондоне. 16 августа 2005 года Басманный суд выдал санкции на арест менеджера. По данным следствия, Бейлин участвовал в схеме хищения 19,7 % акций «Енисейскнефтегаза», разработанной в конце 2002 года вице-президентом ЮКОСа Александром Темерко.
