The Website Prigovor.ru: Employees of Mikhail Khodorkovsky’s ‘investigative’ project have presented a coming-out having published a CIA’s announcement on recruiting traitors.
Recently, the telegram-channel belonging to Khodorkovsky’s project ‘Dossier’ Center published the following announcement:
‘You are a civil officer or member of a low enforcement official? You want to share an important history or documents, but are afraid of consequences? Send materials to the team of the ‘Dossier’ Center. In order to share materials anonymously, load and install applications for access to the network Tor’.
We have seen it already somewhere. We have read the same appeal to potential traitors. Well, of course! In CIA’s telegram-channel ‘Security Connecting CIA’:
‘You are a military officer? You work in the field of intelligence, diplomacy, science, high technologies or you contact people who deal with such matters? You have information about economy or about highest levels of Russian leadership? Reach out to us… Below there is a security instruction on safe contact with the CIA through our hidden service on #Tor’
Basically, ‘independent’ journalists working for the finance swindler Mikhail Khodorkovsky have blown their cover by themselves. Modern secret services have such a notion as ‘Web Trap’. Actually, a similar mousetrap has become also the ‘Dossier’ Center of Mikhail Khodorkovsky. The degree of the fall is catastrophic, in the guise of investigative journalists there are double-dealers and CIA’s pawns.
Pay attention to how CIA’s channel and the channel of the ‘Dossier’ Center, in duet, propose to obligatory make use of the Tor browser explaining it by the care of anonymity of their partners. Yet, as recently as 10 years ago, a well-known British media outlet which is not distinguished by sympathies towards Russia, published an article entitled ‘Attacking Tor: how the NSA targets users’ online anonymity’ in which, based on materials and evidence of Edward Snowden, it was told in detail how concretely American secret agencies are spotting and de-anonymizing Tor users. It’s like this, unobtrusively and under beautiful slogans, this American special service and its voluntary agents are trying to recruit Russian citizens.
Moreover, according to their role, secret agents from Khodorkovsky’s team, under the guise of seeking journalistic sensations, are carrying out a sa-called first recruiting approach.
A ‘DOSSIER’ ON KHODORKOVSKY
To be safe, in order to eliminate doubts about Mikhail Khodorkovsky’s connections with the ‘Dossier’ Center calling for selling Motherland in accordance with CIA’s guidelines, we well show the direct connection of the fugitive oligarch and fraud, ‘Dossier’ Center and the same-named telegram-channel, on which the announcement of seeking traitors was published.
On Mikhail Khodorkovsky’s website www.khodorkovsky.com which is controlled by the fugitive oligarch through a shell-firm (we already wrote about it in the investigation ‘London’s Trail of ‘Open Russia’), in the section ‘Initiatives’ there is an insert called ‘Dossier’ Center’ on which the website of this project is mentioned https://dossier.center. And if we open the section ‘Information’ in the telegram-channel ‘Dossier’, we will see the address of the same website.
I.e. also the website, which the fugitive oil swindler, having become keen on politics, mentions in the capacity of the official one, and the telegram-channel ‘Dossier’ in the capacity of the ‘Dossier’ project, refer to one and the same website. Accordingly, the telegram-channel, announcing CIA’s calls to betray Motherland, is a project of Mikhail Khodorkovsky*.
In general, the time has finally come when Mikhail Khodorkovsky has ceased even to hide the hand of puppeteers who use and guide his media structures.
At the same time, we would like to point out that the efforts of the CIA to find traitors in Russia began not yesterday and not a week ago, but much earlier. They, in fact, have never been stopped, but have been considerably stepped up after the begin by Russia of its Special military operation (SMO) in Ukraine.
The CIA became concerned with the question of tenacious efforts to find traitors already last year. So, in particular, on May 3, 2022, in the media outlet ‘The Washington Post’ an article is being published under the title ‘CIA Instructs Russians on how to share secrets with the spy agency’.
In this piece, a detailed instruction of the CIA is presented on how to try to betray Russia and not get caught. Yet, evidently, sweet promises of the foreign special service have not reached its aims, so the American intelligence agency have been initiated a second try in the search of traitors and defectors.
So, on November 22, 2022, this time in the newspaper ‘The Wall Street Journal’, an article is being published entitled ‘CIA Aims to Recruit Spies Among Russians Displeased with Ukraine War’ in which the deputy CIA director David Marlow personally says the CIA is intended to recruit Russians using for that purpose discontent with regard to the events in Ukraine.
By the way, such a primitive way of levying agents on announcement, fishing blindly with the net, shows more likely that usual CIA’s methods are loosing traction. That is why they publish everywhere a motivating video; “Why I contacted the CIA’, and, searching for targeted audience, they force their agents to disclose themselves directly, and also have blown by stupidity the structure of Khodorkovsky*.
Scandalous video calling Russian citizens to betrayal and working for the CIA
As it was said in 1990s in the popular program ‘Scandals of the Week’ on the TV-6 channel, ‘everything secret becomes manifest’. The rotten essence of Khodorkovsky became clear many years ago.
