A report about how Ilya Krasilschik’s ‘Support Service’ in Latvia has pump 9 million rubles to Ukraine and, in between, has impertinently embezzle ‘a percentage for collecting’ to the amount of 14 945.94 euros ‘including official income taxes in Latvia’. Part 2
In the first part of our investigation (see the article ‘Ilya Krasilschik – a sponsor of Stepan Bandera’s lobby in the United States) we told about how the Latvian foundation ‘Helpdesk Media/Support Service’, connected with Ilya Krasilschik, the former publisher of the media outlet ‘Meduza,’** had been collecting donations for the American-Ukrainian foundation ‘Razom’ which had been actively lobbying in the US Senate the idea of providing Ukraine with ATACAMS rockets and F-16 jet-planes. And now, with specific reference, we will show that self-forgetfulness has nothing to do with Ilya Krasilschik and his foundation. Did you know that, using compassion and words about ‘poor Ukraine’ and constantly collecting money for various charitable Ukrainian purposes, Krasilschik and the like, actually, think only about dough and each time that they take their own ‘percentage for collecting money’?!
We would like to remind our readers that, on 26 March, 2024, the foundation ‘Support Service/Helpdesk Media Foundation’ put out its report for sponsors saying that last year it had collected ‘for Ukraine’s humanitarian needs’ 296 383 euros. These monetary means, pointed out the compilers of this document, had been received ‘within the framework of separate campaigns and directed to Ukraine’.
Analysists of the project Prigovor.ru have studied in detail one of these charitable campaigns, in particular, the collection of money in June 2023 ‘for Ukrainians suffered after the collapse of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station. The Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power plant, in case someone has forgotten, was collapsed after systematic rocket attacks from the part of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. But it is apparent, that, according to the version of Ukrainian media and those ‘krasilschik-like persons’ picking up the tune, the dam of this power station collapsed through the fault of Russia.
Using the media wave, the ‘Support Service’ announce the collection of money, including in rubles, as ‘civilians’ in the disaster area are in need of help’, ‘evacuation is taking place’, which means that Russians can rise to the bait, all the more so as many of them have relatives in Ukraine.
Sofiya A. Zhukova, executive director of the ‘Support Service’, acted accordingly – she put out ‘charitable’ feelers flaunting requisite details of the plastic card issued by the bank ‘Tinkoff’ and saying that ‘it’s possible also in rubles’.
Perhaps, many donors in rubles had no idea that the organizer of this process, the fashionable media manager Ilya Krasilschik had been on the wanted list since 2022 and that he had been defendant of a criminal case under Article 207.3, Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and just in June 2023 the court had sentenced him in absentia to 8 years imprisonment in colony. And not to mention the fact that the collection of money was announced, if using requisites details of a Russia bank, but it had been carrying out by employees of the foreign organization located in hostile Latvia.
We would like to remark that the flow of money was a considerable one. It reached the point where quirky collectors started to split donations ‘so that your donations don’t come to a single account’. And the rest was simple – rubles were converted to euros and crypto-currency and then passed over to Ukrainian organizations. The whole sum amounted to 187 153, 85 euros, including converted into foreign currency 9 327 611,78 rubles (as at 17.06.2023). Collectors from the ‘Support Service’ were sending money to Ukrainians in three tranches during the period from of 8 to 9 June, 2023.
It’s unknown where, in fact, these euros went to, how they were used by the Ukrainian side, in particular, the foundation ‘Vostok – SOS’.
From the financial report of collectors. The operations with regard to collecting money were managed by Sonya Zh, Artyom N, Lera G.
By the way, the mentioned organization ‘Vostok - SOS’ that Ilya Krasilschik’s foundation cooperated with, apart from humanitarian questions, is dealing with buying and distributing of tactical outfitting, instruments and equipment ‘of double purpose’. And in that sense, it differs from Stepan Bandera’s foundation ‘Razom; that we told about in the first part of the investigation, evidently, only by its location.
And something more about the cynicism of these persons. These tricksters even pay their taxes from the sum of donations! 14 945, 94 euros – “Compensation of the teams’ fees working on distribution and payments, including official income taxes in Latvia’.
According to the report of collecting money on Kakhovskaya hydro-electric power plant, Ilya Krasilschik’s team of collectors openly displayed its fee – 14 945,94 euros, including taxes. And this sum was brought to the ‘Support Service’ by only one collection for Kakhovskaya power station.
INFORMERS OF THE UKRAINIAN SECURITY SERVICE SBU
There is also a curious aspect. It’s after such collections of money in rubles – ‘for Ukraine’ organized by the ‘Support Service’ that telephone swindlers are becoming more active, and they, on behalf of law enforcement agencies, are trying to intimidate the Russians saying ‘they have supported Ukraine’s Armed Forces’ thus trying to coax them out of their savings and sometimes even trying to force these ‘sponsors of Ukrainian Armed Forces’ to commit openly illegal actions, including sabotage and arsons.
Such ‘coincidences’ are possible only in one case – the data base with information about donors are being leaked to the Security Service of Ukraine.
Thus, charitable foundation of fugitive haters of Russia, similar to Ilya Krasilschik’s foundation, are shearing twice naïve and tender-hearted Russians. In case of Ilya Krasilschik, it looks as follows: first, he takes for himself a considerable percentage of donations, and, second, he leaks personal data of Russians to provocateurs from the Security Service of Ukraine who then, under the threat of exposure, force people to commit illegal actions.
