The Latvian media outlet ‘Helpdesk Media Foundation’** connected with Ilya Krasilschik, the founder of ‘Medusa’**, collected donations for the Ukrainian foundation ‘Razom’ which lobbied at the US Senate for providing Ukraine with ATACMS rockets and F-16 jet-planes.
A year ago, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow passed a sentence upon to the citizen Ilya Krasilschik. He was found guilty of committing a crime specified in Article 207.3, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph ‘D’ of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – dissemination of knowingly false information about the Armed Forced of the Russian Federation. The Court imposed a penalty on him in form of imprisonment for a term of 8 years in a standard regime penal colony. The process was being held in absentia as the defendant of the case had left Russia at the beginning of 2022. He is now on a wanted list.
We would like to remind our readers that Ilya Iosifovich Krasilschik, born 10.04.1987, belongs to the crowd of those most mythic persons – the former director of the firm ‘Yandex Lavka’ and publisher of ‘Meduza’ is one of those who are ‘handshakeable’ and ‘with good faces’. Having fled from Russia after the beginning of the special Military Operation (SVO), Ilyusha (pet form of Ilya) launched a project in Latvia under the title ‘Support Service/‘Helpdesk Media’**
On the base of the ‘Support Service’ and, naturally, with support of foreign sponsors a frenzied information activity was unleashed. ‘We want that Ukraine wins in this war. This is our position, the position of our organizations’, so explained Krasilschik’s partner and chief editor Alexander Polivanov the meaning of the existence of the project the ‘Support Service’’.
To put in more simple, the position of managers and employees of the project the ‘Support Service/Helpdesk Media’ means fully rational activities on the side of the opponent, participation in information operations and collection of money for foreign and international organizations carrying out hostile activities against Russia. In particular, the Latvian Foundation of Ilya Krasilschik is engaged in collecting money for the American-Ukrainian organization the foundation ‘Razom’ (‘together’ in translation) for which the ‘Support Service’ has collected, among other things, more than 20 thousand euros.
AT KRASILSCHIK POINTED… A PRESENTATION
At the involvement of Ilya Krasilschik’s group in providing financial help for ‘Razom’, an organization of followers of the Ukrainian nationalist Stepan Bandera, points its own report-presentation for 2023. It was prepared and published by assiduous employees of Ilya Krasilschik in April 2024. In this document it is said directly: ‘we have been gathering and redirecting monetary means for help to Ukraine.
According to the presentation of the ‘Helpdesk Media’, 15% of means ‘were received and directed for support of Ukraine’. In monetary terms, according to the report, the sum amounts to 296 383 euros. That is why on the expenditure side, in a pretty little circle, Ukraine is marked in gray color and with the number 11%. It means, that 4% of it has been eaten out during the charitable process.
I.e., for complete understanding, we explain how the foundation of Ilya Krasilschik lives. In 2023, the foundation transferred 256 thousand euros for ‘help of Ukraine’ (moreover, here were included also means ‘spent on organization of this process).
On the other hand, on its own ‘operational’ needs the foundation of the tender-hearted Ilya Krasilschik has spent almost 2 million euros! In their expenses these quirky charitable workers included: management – 6% of the expenses; 9% - expenses of the foundation; 1% - other expenses (offices, software), 2% - fees, 8% - design, 6% - development, 2% - work with partners… So, you understand, there are inventive guys, they can allot 2 million euros for cartridges, staplers and paper. And, as a result, they have eaten away, excluding taxes, 70% of the donations and Ukraine has received only 11% of the sum. Such is the charitable scheme of the ‘handshakeable’ swindler with ‘good face’.
Usually, it had been argued that all final reports are good with fine pictures, and almost nobody, except for finance regulators, read them. Yet, in this case, these people voluntary formalized a verdict, illustrated confession of committing a crime.
For in the report of ‘Helpdesk Media’ it is said that in April 2023 this “Service Support’ carried out collection of money for three Ukrainian foundations – ‘for the first anniversary of the war’. As one of these three foundations for the benefit of which Ilya Krasilschik’s group were gathering money, was directly itemized the foundation ‘Razom’ (page 4 of the report). The whole sum, collected for the three NGOs, including for the foundation ‘Razom’ came to 24,038.46 euros.
The thing is that the foundation ‘Razom’ (USA, EIN: 46-4604398), for the benefit of which Krasilschik’s ‘Helpdesk Media’ was gathering and channeling monetary means, is part of the network of real ‘Stepan Bandera’s lobby’ in America.
According to the accounts of the US Tax Service this NGO is related to the category ‘International relations and national security/ International Help’. For better understanding – in 2022, through the foundation ‘Razom’ was transferred a sum to the amount of more than 80 million dollars.
In registries of lobbyists in the United States, under the notion ‘International politics, security and defense’, the foundation ‘Razom’ was registered as early as in the spring of 2022. Here the foundation presented itself in different incarnations – also as a client of lobbyist firms (for instance, of ‘BGR Group’ in favor of ‘Razom’, ‘FTI Government Affairs’ in favor of ‘Razom’ and also as individual organization (a representative of ‘Razom’ in favor of ‘Razom’). Physical persons were also active in the format ‘a physical person – lobbyist’ in favor of ‘Razom’. They laid siege to everybody trying to cover as many as possible representatives of US government agencies. From April 2022, the foundation was lobbying in every way ‘the support of Ukraine from the part of the United States, including tightening of sanctions against Russia, putting Russia on the list of states sponsors of terrorism as well as military support for Ukraine’.
In order to understand more graphically who Ilya Krasilschik collected donations for, it suffices to read the Lobbyist report of the foundation ‘Razom’.
Foundation ‘Razom’ that was supported by Ilya Krasilschik’s structure, is reporting that at the US House of Representatives and US Senate it was lobbying ‘for prolongation of military help and budgetary support of Ukraine’. It was lobbying for ‘the transfer of the Russian sovereign assets to provide help for Ukraine, for designating Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism’. It lobbied also for ‘providing Ukraine with rockets ATACMS and F-16s. as well as for invitation of Ukraine to ne part of NATO’.
They were trying also to get out financial support through the so-called ‘lend-lease’, a draft law that had been prepared in advance as early as in 2021, and had been introduced for consideration to American parliamentarians in January 2022, i.e. a month before the start of the Special Military Operation. This law, by the way, was signed by Joe Biden, yet Americans didn’t dare to use it – they ‘distributed’ all money and weapons among other packets of American ‘charity’.
(See also the article ‘Pre-scheduled lend-lease from Biden’s test-tube’)
Apart from that, ‘Razom Inc’ simultaneously with fugitive Russians were actively lobbying for the American draft law ‘REPO Act’ on confiscation of Russian assets. For instance, in 2022, when the draft law was finally passed, Dora Khomyak, the general director of ‘Razom for Ukraine’, was jumping joyfully in the corridors of the US Senate.
(See also the investigation entitled ‘How foreign agents were trying to seed REPO in the USA’. The website Prigovor.ru has found out that Natalya Arno from the ‘Free Russia Foundation’** and Garry Kasparov * together with the foundation ‘Review Democracy Initiative’ were actively lobbying for the American REPO Act on confiscation of Russian assets).
‘HUMANITARIAN PUMP’ MOVED TO GERMANY
Recently, the investigative department of the TV channel RT found out that Ilya Krasilschik, (under a vain pretext, referring to lack of means and transfers, upon availability on its account of more than 700 thousand euros of free money) announced the scrapping of the projects of ‘Helpdesk Media’ (Support Service). Krasilschik himself had moved to Germany, where, in the autumn of 2023, he opened a separate legal entity – ‘Helpdesk Media gUG’.
As early as in the spring of 2022, the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation publicly warned: ‘financial and other kind of help provided to a foreign state which threatens Russia, can be regarded as high treason (Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), and each such fact will receive a legal assessment’. Rosfinmonitoring also reminded of criminal responsibility with regards to some ‘sponsors’ Articles.
The status of Ilya Krasilschik in this organization is operation manager (executive director) and sole representative. However, in the Latvian ‘Helpdesk Media’, Alexander Polivanov was itemized as beneficiary. Thus, a ‘humanitarian pump’ with signs of high treason is still there. It is simply, having already a ‘clean’ legal entity in Germany, being used under direct control of Ilya Krasilschik on the same ignoble purposes.
