The website Prigovor.ru has found out that the prohibited in Russia organization of Mikhail Khodorkovsky ‘Open Russia’** continues to be present legally and officially in Moscow in the format of Interregional Civic Organization (MOO) ‘Open Russia’ and has been methodically bringing up a new generation of the ‘fifth column’

It’s rather too casually that the anti-Putin ‘opposition’ passed in October 2024 its point of no return. Although it did so as definitely and irrevocably, as the Russian language allows it. Those with ‘white ribbons’ have crossed the red line and burned down all bridged behind them, and crossed Rubicon and so on and so forth. If, up to this point, any ‘opp’-relocant, having sat for several years, say, for fakes about the Russian army, could get out of jail with a clean conscience, but starting with the current autumn, he will not have a possibility to go at large quickly.
THE FORUM OF MILITANTS
A yet another, 13th in the row, so-called ‘Forum of free Russia’** (FFR, prohibited in the Russian Federation) which took place on 4 – 5 October in Vilnius, was opened by a ritual scene in the spirit of the Third Reich: a young neo-Nazi, to the applause of the participants, handed over the flag of his battalion to the aged collaborationist Garry Kasparov.

White-blue-white – this is a flag of the terrorist subdivision ‘Legion ‘Free Russia’ (LFR)** subordinated to the Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense. This ‘legion’ is formed from citizens of the Russian Federation, mainly of persons of ultra-right and ultra-left views.

In August 2022, the ex-deputy of the Russian Parliament (Duma) Ilya Ponomaryov* (grandchild of Boris Ponomaryov, a former candidate member of Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union) publically stated that he would personally ‘coordinate activities of the ‘Legion ‘Free Russia’, as well as another two fighting subdivisions formed from ideological heirs of the traitor general Vlasov (See also the article ‘Fifths Column Starts Its Last Drang nach Osten’, Part one)
From freaks of the ‘Legion of Free Russia’ were hammered together sabotage groups that were twice sent to the territory of the Belgorod region in Russia (May and June 2023, as well as in the Kursk region (March 2024). By the way, a ‘representative’ of the LFF that ceremoniously handed over the flag at the Vilnius forum had been arrested in absentia by a Russian court Alexey Baranovsky who is regarded as an assistant of Ilya Ponomaryov.
In the final resolution it is directly said about the main purpose of this crowd of collaborationists: ‘We remind of our appeal to transform voluntary units into a real Army of Liberation of Russia which could act independently (including on the territory of the Russian Federation) and would enjoy full confidence of Ukrainian command’.

Kasparov and Co. called to ‘provide support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine’ and for Russian traitors ‘fighting against Putin’s regime with arms in their hands’, as well as to those ‘who has taken the path of power fight inside Russia’. ‘We have already our white-blue-white flag’, the resolution points out at the end, ‘There is a little left to do…’
This scrawl provoked an indescribable enthusiasm among Ukrainian Nazis, and one of them wrote in his social media (translation from Ukrainian): ‘The Forum Free Russia surprised by its crucial changes. They are already saying publically that dismemberment of Russia will take place and it will happen as a result of the war in Ukraine. The forum of opposition has definitely turned into a forum of armed resistance’.
Soon after the end of this ‘forum’, the Nazi Baranovsky on his page in a social media posted a video of yet another of his masters – a video made by Mikhail Khodorkovsky*. ‘The steward of the opposition’ is meaningfully reasoning about how it is more convenient to liquidate Putin. According to his opinion, ‘a military coup’ – this is the best way to depose the legitimate authority in Moscow’…

This resolution about a ‘physical elimination’ of Russian authority was signed by more than 20 persons whose names are well known to all those who is interested even a little bit in internal and foreign policies. All that is left to do for us is to acknowledge that the mutation of the so-called ‘non-systematic opposition’ has already taken place and before our eyes its members have become real (non paper) terrorists and their henchmen.
What kind of conclusion can we make from all this? It seems that masters in Washington has decided that after finishing off Ukraine to do the same with old formation of adepts of the sect ‘For future beautiful Russia’… As goes a Ukrainian proverb: The barn is burnt, then let the house also burn!
Just in a month after this symbolic thirteen’s forum, in the hotel ‘Radisson’, one of the most expensive in the town Vilnius, took place the so-called ‘Forum of Navalnaya’. It was being carried out behind closed doors, its works was not covered widely in mass media, the press was not invited, although, judging from the decoration of the interior of the conference hall, its purpose was nothing less than to create a ‘platform of future Russia’.

According to a protocol photo, faces of the most participants are hardly recognizable, they are not yet become over-exposed in political scandals. In a nutshell, under the command of the ‘black widow’ of Russia non-systematic oppositionists have been formed a second echelon of relocants. It seems that the CIA has begun in such a way an operation of breeding and inserting a new generation of the Russian ‘fifth column’.

And meanwhile in Russia itself exists on the quiet until now an organization directly connected with Mikhail Khodorkovsky – this is the Interregional Civic Organization ‘Open Russia’. We wrote about it as early as in November 2021 in the journalistic investigation ‘Two Khodorkovsky’s ‘Open Russia’ – two shell games of Khodorkovsky’. During the last three years the general political situation has profoundly changed both in Russian and in the rest of the world. Obviously, only the attitude of Russian bureaucrats has not changed toward this defective formation, and they, just in case, has been looking away. But why this essentially foreign agent organization, according to its essence and birth, has been not liquidated until now?...

This gothic castle with a faceted serrated little tower, belonged, at the beginning of the XX century to baron Ludwig Knop. After the October coup, the representation of Ukrainian SSR was placed there. And from the end of the 1930s, the Moscow City Committee of the communist youth organization Komsomol moved in the premises. It’s just here that the war hero and victim Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya had received a route sheet to the special military unit 9903.

In the period of the birth of wild capitalism, a Komsomol leader, newly born banker and oil oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky laid his eyes on this architectural masterpiece. He organized here Reception house of the oil company Yukos. The new owner ordered at once to take down the commemorative plaque devoted to the legendary partisan fighter Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya. Years have passed. The oil company Yukos has fallen apart. The swindler Mikhail Khodorkovsky have sat 10 years in prison and managed to get for himself additional 25 years or something like that in the future. And here, despite everything, is registered ‘Open Russia’.
A NON-PEDAGOGICAL ‘POEM’ OF KHODORKOVSKY
Since 2006, when ‘Open Russia’ received the status of ‘interregional civic organization’, Anatoly Yermolin has irremovably occupied the post of its executive director. Anatoly Yermolin, a career officer of the USSR’s KGB who had served in the special commando ‘Vympel’, after dismissal in 1994 in the rank of lieutenant colonel started to deal professionally with pedagogic. He found himself at once among active participants of ‘innovative educational projects’ financed by Yukos, such as, in particular, ‘Moscow Region’ Lyceum’, ‘Federation of Internet Education’, ‘New Civilization’.
Soon the former KGB officer with pedagogical inclination was spotted by owners of Yukos and he was included in the board of ‘Open Russia’. in 2003, Leonid Nevzlin* personally proposed to Anatoly Yermolin to run for the State Parliament (Duma) on the list of the party ‘United Russia’.
In a year, this creature of oil oligarchs was excluded from the faction of ‘United Russia’ for ‘breaking of parliament ethics’. The thing is that during a press-conference, he said that Mikhail Khodorkovsky ‘is able to solve issues on a state scale’, and at that time the owner of Yukos had been already sent to jail for fraud on unprecedented scale.
In 2005, Anatoly Yermolin signed a manifesto on creation of the Joint civic front (its leader is Garry Kasparov), and in 2007 he joined the party ‘Union of Right Forces’ (SPS), and he was a member of co-founders of it until its liquidation in April 2024. Yermolin’s pedagogical concept can be classified as ‘neo-liberal fascism’, at least his so-called ‘modernization of childhood’ was labeled as ‘eugenic project of dividing children into castes’.
As early as in 2015, under the direction of Anatoly Yermolin was worked out a pedagogical program under the title ‘Modernization of children’s movement of the Transbaikal area’. Modernization of childhood, according to the head of ‘Open Russia’ consists in dividing children into castes starting from nursery age. This ‘modernizer’ foresees four caste-categories: ‘creative class’, ‘industrial proletariat’, ‘farm worker’ and ‘service personnel’. There is also a category of ‘faulty work’ – these are underage criminals and children of social outcasts.
Here is how Anatoly Yermolin himself explains the category of ‘faulty work’: ‘The question is about those who represent by themselves a problem for any sound society – do-nothings of all sorts, society outcasts and underage criminals who don’t have any connection to effective capitalization of the country… For ‘faulty’ human capital there will be a need for special ‘productive line’ – for reeducation and putting into line the most stubborn’.
A neo-fascist at its core ‘non-pedagogical poem’ of Anatoly Yermolin, a creature of Mikhail Khodorkovsky
It seems that this neo-fascist ‘pedagogical poem’ was not only to the liking of Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Leonid Nevzlin. This ‘poem’, in fact, was the essence of the main educational projects of ‘Open Russia’. The electronic system ‘Contour. Focus’ – on automatic basis – created for us the visualization of business connections of the Interregional Civic Organization ‘Open Russia’. On this diagram we see 15 acting, 15 non-acting organizations and three private persons – Anatoly Yermolin, Ilya Lomakin-Rumyantsev and Vladimir Volodin.

Lomakin-Rumyantsev is a former co-founder of open Russia and high-ranking state officer: member of the Federation Council (2001 – 2004), head of the Federal Service of Insurance Supervision (FSSN) (2004 – 2009), director of the expert department of the president of the Russian Federation (2009 – 2011). Now he is general director and co-founder of the consulting company “Center of development of consumer market’ the takings of which amounted to 123.4 million rubles by the end of 2023.
Apart from that, this former senator owns two firms: OJSC ‘VLM-invest’ (book-keeping and law, takings in 2023 35.2 million rubles) and OJSC ‘HTS’ (consulting of commercial activity, takings in 2023 53.5 million rubles).
And Vladimir Volodin is a co-owner of the firms ‘VLM-invest’ and ‘HTC’, and he also takes up the post of general director of these two organizations.
Vladimir Volodin, in the time of the USSR, worked as chief editor of the book series ‘Life of remarkable people’ of the publishing house ‘Young Guard’. He was also assistant of the chairman of the council of ministers of the Russian SFSR, dealt with problems of social policy, culture, sport and education, foresaw the ‘All-union society for protection of monuments of history and culture’ (1984 – 1989). In 1990s Volodin performed duties of president of the State Committee of the Russian Federation for the Press’.
Apart from that, Vladimir Volodin, this partner of the co-founder of seemingly liberal ‘Open Russia’, was part of the leadership of such anti-liberal organizations as ‘Worldwide Russian People Assembly’ (VRSN) and ‘Foundation of John Chrysostom’. It seems that this is just another proof that Khodorkovsky and Nevzlin were cynically engaging to the rows of the ‘fifth column’ non only liberals but also various influential nationalists.
Statistics of organizations affiliated with the ‘Interregional Civic Organization ‘Open Russia’
On the whole, according to the data of the firm ‘Contour. Focus’, the amount of takins of the organization affiliated with the Interregional Civic Organization ‘Open Russia’ was 549 million rubles in 2023. Their common balance reaches 1.6 billion rubles, and there are about 300 of such organizations, including ‘distant connections’!
The main asset of the current director of ‘Open Russia’ is the Autonomous Non-Commercial Educational Organization (ANOO) ‘Boris Pasternak Gymnasium’ registered in 2019 in the community Istra located in the Moscow region. The balance of this educational institution had risen annually and by the end of the previous year it surpassed 15 million rubles.
‘Children and parents love and value the Gymnasium for its fostering freedom and curiosity…’ The director of ‘Boris Pasternak Gymnasium’, candidate of sciences Anatoly Alexandrovich Yermolin is conducting a class on the program of student self-management ‘Common Cause’
The cost of education in this gymnasium is up to 1 million rubles, depending on a program. It stands to reason that to pay such an amount of money can only representatives of the highest ‘creative’ caste, and the three mentioned above lower castes can go climb the trees in the forest of the Moscow region. On the website of the gymnasium, in the section ‘Mission’, of course, is cited the bible of neo-libertards – the book ‘The Rise of the Creative Class: People that Change the World’ written by the American Richard Florida. But on the website of the gymnasium, according to a former teacher of it, there is no mention of the so-called ‘Putin’s model of imitational democracy’ with which they start to mess around since school days.
‘Only the part of the creative class which stands on humanistic values can be related to intelligentsia in the traditional Russian understanding, and a creative technocrat without empathy and respect for other people cannot be regarded as intelligent person’. Right, beautiful words, only they are being pronounced by an associate of Mikhail Khodorkovsky who, as of today, using the same beautiful words about freedom and democracy, every day is driveling in London about a military defeat of Russia.
Naturally, Anatoly Yermolin, the director of the gymnasium and simultaneously director of ‘Open Russia’, perfectly understands how his words will echoed deep inside of youngsters and his own destiny. That is why the preparation for new replacement of the ‘fifth column’ is carried out by degrees, one can say, in homeopathic quantities under the slogan of breeding of a real intelligent person, of ‘creative class’ who ‘rests upon humanistic values’.
Everything must be subordinated to the main destination of the ‘future beautiful ‘Open Russia’ how it is seen from abroad by its creator. And we would like to remind that Mikhail Khodorkovsky sees a quick and inevitable military coup in Russia as well as physical elimination of the constitutional power.
And for such a ‘future’ the foresighted international swindler has kept his basic organization that is now headed by a professional special forces operative with a fighting past and educational present. In case of mass disturbances, ‘Open Russia’ which has been not liquidated in this country, will apparently, have to become immediately an organization basis for the returned fifth column.
