The website Prigovor.ru found two Lithuanian shell firms in Vilnius, namely ‘Eastern Union Research Foundation VSL’ and ‘New Research Center VSL’, that had received from Khodorkovsky’s two British foundations about 10 million euros, but provided reports to Lithuanian tax authorities for only for six million euros. 4 million euros ‘evaporated’
